Inserting and Removing Select Rows

I have a worksheet where I want two things done. Specific rows removed when an option on the worksheet is selected to remove a Category.

Aswell as inserting a Category into the worksheet from a option again.

I tried making a very detailed example if someone would be so kind as to help me =]
