Copying formulas/pictures between sheets

This is my first post here, and I'm relatively new to Excel, so bear with me here if this is a stupid question. I've used the search and found a few solutions, but none of which actually solved my problem at hand.

I'm creating a spreadsheet (Excel 2007) to inventory all of our sample stock here at work. Each spreadsheet has the name of the product, our company logo, and some various other information. There's a simple formula that converts the outgoing inventory from grams to pounds, a column for incoming inventory and a 3rd column that keeps track of the total inventory.

What I want to do is copy/paste the template to each of the sheets (approx 100 of them). When I select the entire sheet and copy, SOMETIMES the formula copies, SOMETIMES the image copies, SOMETIMES neither copies, and sometimes it works just fine. I'm not exactly sure what's causing things to not copy, or why certain things do and dont copy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not looking to duplicate all 100 sheets at once, I've just been copy/pasting the template (albeit in peices) to each sheet.

Thank you for the advice, it seems to work! I'll have to delete all of my sheets and re-do them, but that wont be too bad now that I know how to do it properly!
