Moving multiple customers in columns to rows

Hello I have a spread sheet that looks like for exaple

Name---Address---PolicyID---Product
Ben --- sample1--- 00001---ISA
Ben --- sample1--- 00001---FixedRate
Ben --- sample1--- 00001---Account
Ben --- sample1--- 00001---Bond


But I have people with more than one product, policy number stays the same.
so I have the same person going down the collums.

I need to be able to have the customer name once then all of their products they hold along the same row

IE

Name---Address---PolicyID---Product1---Product2---Product3---Product4

Is there a Simple way to do this because It will need to be done on data on a weekly basis?

Attached is a sample the yellow is what would need repeating over the rows, some of the customers in my real data have over 30 policys
