    Line Break in a cell

    Hi there!

can anyone tell me if you can insert a line break in a single cell? I know there is the "merge and wrap text", but it does not do the trick for me since you have to go cell by cell to split the text in the two lines you want.

The thing is, I have a contact list with name, number, and positions both in english and french, but I can't sort the data if one column has two line for each entry.

    Solution, anyone

    Thanks in advance.

ALT+ENTER inserts a line break (carrage return)

    Alt+Enter

Generally not such a hot idea to have more than one item in the cell if there are downstream calculations.
