Does anyone have a way to do this?
Here is the formula I am using however it interprets the blank cells as 0% and includes it in the average. To make it more difficult there will be some 0%'s.
Thanks!

Try doing the average this way:
=SUM(A1:A10)/COUNT(A1:A10)
The SUM adds all the values, blanks, zeros included.
The COUNT will only include cells without a NULL value in it.

Hm, I think it's not what he want... Maybe I'm wrong, sorry...
But try this: =SUM(F8:F11)/COUNTIF(F8:F11;"<>0")
=AVERAGE(IF(A1:A10<>"",A1:A10))
confirm w/ctrl+shift+enter
