Help Finding if Names Occur Multiple Times

Hi,

I have the attached worksheet. It shows each year two names that helped build an object (stool, bed, chair, etc.). I am trying to produce another column on the sheet that contains all the objects that were created (if bed occurs in both years, only list it once, etc.) and in other column(s) list the people that helped or created the object every years. So, (according to the spreadsheet) since Ryan helped build the bed every year, the column would return his name.

This probably has an easy answer but I know my description might be difficult to understand, so please let me know if you need further explanation.
