Returning a blank if cell is blank

    Hi All

I have 3 sheets. One is a data sheet, one is a formula sheet and one a Pivot (off the formula sheet).

Basically what I want is for people to be able to paste the latest data into the Data sheet and for the formulas and Pivot to be able to update automatically. The Formula sheet has one column of formulas and the rest are just =Data! so I end up with a few of the most important columns from the data sheet in my pivot (along with the all important formula column).

My issue is when the data is pasted into the data sheet, it may have varying numbers of rows. I want to build into my =Data! an if function to return a blank if there is nothing in the row. This would hopefully allow me to copy the rows down on my Formula sheet, to allow for an increased amount of Data rows.
Does this make any sense at all?

    Thanks for the help

Perfect Stormseed, either my explanation wasn't as rubbish as you thought, or you are truly gifted at dealing with people like me!

Many thanks, I really appreciate the help
