    Adding Conditional Cells

    Hey there,

I need a formula that will add cells B7 to AF7 that start with OT but only add the last 4 characters of that cell any ideas?

    Re: Adding Conditional Cells

If you're talking about a formula that can be copied down and the first row of cells to evaluate is B7 & AF7, yes that's doable. It would be best to upload some sample data because it appears you're trying to add numbers that are currently in a text string.

Very doable, but several examples to look at makes it easy to do for you. can you post up a sample set of data, perhaps point out where you want this "adding" to occur?

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to upload your book.
