I sent this inquiry a while before:
Hi, I have done an exel sheet with 3 spreadsheets each has a different document. So i want to check if each doc has been added on the 4th spread sheet .
for example the 1st has syllabuses, the second reports, and the third test samples.
so if someone added all their docs it would appear as complete in the 4th, and the missing docs will appear as a the column letter and row number so I can go back to check the person who missed out a part. I tried but couldn't.
This would make my life easier because i dont want to check all the documents for around 114 teachers .

Now I attached a rough sample. for example,what I need is that once a link is inserted under the column Reports, in a seperate sheet entitled "checklist",it will recognize the command and symbolize it has been done with a letter or icon or whatever...THX
