    Excel Page Setup Up

This might seem a strange type of Excel question.

Some "Clever" person decided to create a site plan using MS Excel. It has been done quite well tbh. The problem with Excel is that I am unable to set a custom page size as this plan sits nicely on a paper size I made ealier through using Word. Guess what there is a custom page size selection on Word but not Excel. Is there a walkaround for this ?

The only other way I can do this, is to print off 2 a4 landcape print out but the printer goes to the next page and leaves a nasty seperation.

The copy of Excel i have is 2003 sp3

just keep reducing font and row /column size until it fits on 1 landscape page in print preview
also some printers have a fit to 1 page option

    That will not do

The whole plan fits nicely on one page. But its to small to see the features etc. When I enlarge it to 50% everything shows up fine and covers 2x A4 size pages landscape. I need to do one print off so I don't get a nasy page brake in the middle. Hance the custom size option not being in Excel is a bugger and I can't copy it into Word.

Is there an option to stop the printer jumping to the 2nd page and just contiune printing the plan on one big page?

Print to fit one page to a PDF, and then print the PDF to a larger paper size and scale?

My crystal ball erred, sorry. Have to get that looked at.

Copy, paste as an enhanced metafile in Word, and print from there.

    Re: Excel Page Setup Up

    set the print area
    then in print preview
    go to page break view
drag the borders out to make one big page
then when you print select say a3 from your printer menu
    it should then fit

Thanks, now I can import the diagram into Word and able to insert the custom size paper into the printer.

Thanks, for the quick replies from both of you :D
