Extensive damage error in excel

Hi All,
I have an excel file (~18 MB) that opens up fine on my local machine which has a Vista Business OS running office 2007. This is a .xls file.

When I transfer the same file to a server and login via terminal services and try to open the file, I get frightening errors like:

Excel found unreadable content. Do you want to recover ...?

When I click on Yes, i get even more disturbing errors like:

Microsoft Office Excel File Repair Log

Errors were detected in file 'E:\Development\xxx\2008_yyy_Summary_zip.xls'

The following is a list of repairs:

Damage to the file was so extensive that repairs were not possible. Excel attempted to recover your formulas and values, but some data may have been lost or corrupted.

Excel found errors that may cause some recovered data to be put in the wrong cells. Please check your recovered data carefully.

Any one else face this?

The remote server is a windows server 2003 R2. The version of excel installed on it is Excel 2003 SP3.

This is fixed... I had some bad references in the file.

Use the Name manager to find which sheet has invalid references !
