Multiple Filter Criteria in a Single Cell

Hi all, first time posting for me. I generally stick to pretty simple sheets for my personal use but I have come across something I can't figure out. I will do my best to explain my problem.

I have been working on a sheet to help me keep track of all my books. One of the columns in my sheet is for the type (category) of book. For example, I might list Orwell's 1984 under Dystopia. However, I would also like to classify this book under England and Fiction. Ideally, when I used the Filter option, I would like all of these categories to show up individually and not as "Dystopia, England, Fiction".

I've played around with a few different functions and tried a few ideas I had but I can't seem to get the result I want. I would love to know if there is a solution to my question. Thanks in advance.
