excel 2007 crashes when saving a specific file

Hi all, I've reinstalled office 2007 because excel 2007 was crashing very often when inserting new rows or when saving the file. I tried with other files and apparently work fine. The specific file can be opened but I don't know if is corrupted, I tried repairing it with open and repair from the file open menu but didn't work (it is still happening the same). I've been working on the file during few days and wouldn't like to start from scrath again, can anyone help me with this?

try copying each sheet into a new work book
    1st try(quickway)
open a new workbook ,save it as something leaving it open
right click any tab of old workbook
    select all sheets
    right click again
    select move/copy
    click create copy
from dropdown select other workbook name click ok
    2nd try
    copy each sheet individually.

It is xlsm, you are right, the new one crashes as well. I found that if you delete few rows before inserting a new one it works but it is anoying... it seems like excel counts that the maximum number or rows has been exceeded and hanges??? there is also a cell that if I modify its value excel hanges as well have you heard about something similar?

Yes I tried in other laptop with similar results. The file contains sentitive data a cannot post it here. Have you heard about any bug related to the maximum number of rows allowed in an excel sheet? I think the problem has partially to do with that.

I solved it! I copied everything again in a different sheet and remove the names on it and now is performing well, anyway I don't understand how the names were causing this...
