Steps to web query specific data from a public website?

I need to be able to extract just a few bits of data from a public game website http://itemdb-rs.runescape.com/viewitem.ws?obj=536

Specifically this info:

"Current market price range:
Minimum price: 2,571 Market price: 2,706 Maximum price: 2,841"
-----------------------------------------
Found midway down the page and have it inserted into an excel sheet.
Also keeping in-mind there will ultimatly be several different pages data would be pulled from into one sheet.

This is almost exactly the same as extracting stock info into excel but this site is giving me trouble with that process.


Any help with this would be much appreciated.
