    Automated Employee Order Chart

First, I apologize if this is in the wrong section of the forum. I am trying to make an automated chart so my employees know whose turn it is to get the next service call. It is all based on the date of the last service call. So, the guy who got the most recent call would need to be on the bottom of the order.

Below is a mini, fake version of the database. On the right is the kind of chart that I want to be make and be automatically updated.

    Database.

Please give me some advice or point me in the right direction. I've tried different programs, formulas, etc., and am failing miserably.

    Try the attachment.

I've created a user defined function (latest date) to calculate the last job for each technician and an event driven macro which re-sorts the order list every time a change is made to the sheet.

You will find the code for the UDF on the module1 tab and the event driven macro on the sheet1 tab in the VB editor (Alt F11).

    Hope this helps.
