Question Range name dropdown list not working

Does anyone know why when I select a range name from the dropdown list at the upper left, Excel doesn't automatically leads me to the range as it used to? I guess it has something to do with a configuration, but can't find out how to fix it. I'm using 2007. Thanks for your help!

You're speaking of using the Naem Box drop down to the left of the formula bar . . . sounds like you have either invalid or non-existent named ranges.

Press the F3 key to see the list of named ranges in the ative workbook.

Ctrl+F3 will open the Named Range dialog box. Click on any named range and if it is valid, Excel will select the range with a marquee around it. If the name you select isn't selected then the name is invalid.
