Modify default size of insert comment

I would like to modify in Excel 2002 the standard size of the insert comment window.

how can i do ?

I've never seen a way to change the default size of the box, but you could use code to resize them. See http://www.mvps.org/dmcritchie/excel/ccomment.htm
