Auto fill fields

hi , someone knows how can I fill an information form (this form contains name, serial , and other stuff from some clients) automatically from the information that i have collected in other woorksheet, by just filling the name field?

Well, the short answer is use a look up function/formula such as VLOOKUP or a combination of Index-Match.
