One instance using multiple workbooks

Hi everyone,
So my question is this, I want to have one instance of excel open with multiple workbooks open within that instance. The trick is I don't want to have to select "Group Similar Taskbar bar buttons" on my task bar properties.

In 2003 you could go Tools-Options and under "view" tab and un-check the "Windows in taskbar" option. You could then go to Window in excel and see all of the open workbooks.

I have attached an image that shows in 2003 how I would like to see the open workbooks in 2007.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
