    Conditional formating not working

    HI all,

    I have a strange issue,

    The conditional formula

    (=CF="TRUE" change the cell colour to red)

    it does not work with this array though the cell displays "TRUE"

    {=MAX(FREQUENCY(IF($L$7:$CE$7="a",COLUMN($L$7:$CE$7)),IF($L$7:$CE$7<>"a",COLUMN($L$7:$CE$7))))>=4}

    what I am trying to achieve here is... if there is more than four consecutive letter "a"s in the cells the CF7 cell displays "TRUE" if not "False"...

    I have cell b7 which turns to red if the above cell displays "true"...

    but the cell does not display in red... when I see true...

    I use this

    The conditional formula

    (=CF="TRUE" , then format the cell colour to red)

    thanks...
