I have a large excel workbook which stores data about the different buildings my company owns and leases.

    Eg see attached

    Town 1
ADDRESS ASSET NO. AREA RENT FTE LEASE EXP TOTAL RENT
    prop 9 270 30 $ 585.00 78 owned shed $ 7,020.00
    prop 10 271 41664 $ 390.00 144 owned office $ 4,680.00
    prop 11 272 415 $ 390.00 11 lease lab $ 4,680.00

    prop 2 263 150 $ 30.30 216 lease office $ 4,545.00
    prop 3 264 557 $ 85.85 544 lease house $ 47,818.45
    prop 4 265 224 $ 50.50 44 owned shed $ 11,312.00

    prop 6 267 150 $ 35.35 44 lease office $ 5,302.50
    prop 7 268 454 $ 390.00 44 lease workshop $ 4,680.00
    prop 8 269 216 $ 390.00 487 lease house $ 4,680.00

This information is broken up in to towns (over 30 towns) across one sheet

I then need this information to then populate a summary sheet
The summary is also broken up in to towns
    town 1
Type of FACILITY NO. FACILITIES TOTAL SQUARE METER OWNED TOTAL SQUARE METER LEASED TOTAL SQUARE METER TOTAL ANNUAL RENTAL INCOME AVERAGE RENTAL INCOME PER SQUARE METER TOTAL ANNUAL RENTAL EXPENDITURE AVERAGE RENTAL EXPENDITURE PER SQUARE METER TOTAL NO.OF FTE AVERAGE OCCUPANCY DENSITY
    Office
    Lab
    Work shop
    Houses
    Shed
    Other
    Total 0 - - - - - - - - -

Some of these a easy formulas
But I need do more complex formula’s broken down in to owned and leased building and the corresponding information ie rent for each type

    Please help
