    Unhappy Restricted area of inputs

    I need create a sheet avoiding the user go out from a definite area and some of the cells in that range. How can I do that?

    1. protect cells

    Simplest way is to:

    1) highlight all the allowed cells
    2) press Ctrl-1 to open the FORMAT CELLS box
    3) go to PROTECTION tab
    4) uncheck the [ ] Locked flag

    Now goto Tools > Protection > Protect Sheet and only allow the user to select unlocked cells.

    Thanks for your help, but i have still a dificulty: I want, for example, that the user only jump betwen some of the cells of the range allowed.

    The above would mean user can only tab between those cells that are unlocked.

    If needed post a sample file - outline clearly your desired setup.
