you probably need 2 things
1. protect cells

Simplest way is to:
1) highlight all the allowed cells
2) press Ctrl-1 to open the FORMAT CELLS box
3) go to PROTECTION tab
4) uncheck the [ ] Locked flag
Now goto Tools > Protection > Protect Sheet and only allow the user to select unlocked cells.

Thanks for your help, but i have still a dificulty: I want, for example, that the user only jump betwen some of the cells of the range allowed.
