Interactive World Time Zone Map in Excel

I want/need to create a chart/map/illustration/easy solution to show time zones across the world, specfically these countries:
Bermuda
China
Denmark
France
India
Italy
Hong Kong
Germany
Japan
Philipines
Russia
South Korea
Mauritius
Malaysia
Mexico
Singapore
Taiwan
Thailand
United Kingdom
United States

The idea is to be able to show what times are covered for a given period. For example 8-5 CST will cover 'these' hours in 'these' countries of the list above. And be able to change the coverage hours and see the changed results.

Clear as mud? Any ideas?
