Putting a list in order

In the attached file I have a list (Yellow) which i want to appear in order (by the values in the blue fields) in the area of the green cells. I have played around with formulas but I am completely lost. Please help me

=Index($B$1:$B$20,Match(B24,$D$1:$D$20,0))

How to mark a thread Solved
Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
