Talking setting up default format settings w/pivot tables so graphical format doesn't change?

    Hi everyone,

Hope you can help me. My colleague is using excel 2003 and is creating a pivot table but is having issues with the cosmetic graphics with the graps. Please see his query below - I will attach the excel spreadsheet so you can have a look and see if you can help. Look forward to your response.

    Kind regards,

    Ashley Watson.

I've created a Pivot Table & chart to display Project Manager stats over a given time frame.

Please can someone tell me how to set up the default format settings so when I select a different data set within the Pivot Graph, I do not lose the current graphical format?

    Thank you
