Changing same data in multiple colomns

I have an employee list in column A and then Column B-M has the list of departments and the list of people assigned to those departments. I need to make the department names (Which are the same as the master list) change colors when I change the colors in the master Column. Is this possible?

Can you post the file or a file like it. Yes, this is possible.

What do you mean by post the file?

    Another example:
    NFL Fantasy Draft
List of the top 500 players
    Top 50 QB's
    Top 50 WR
    top 50 QB
    Etc
    Etc
You want to turn the players picked red and have the same name do it across the entire sheet.

Then click GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to post up your workbook.

Here is an example. When I delete one I want it to delete it's twin.

Right-click on the sheet-tab and select VIEW CODE, try this code in there:

On Excel 2003, just applying a color to a cell doesn't always trigger the "_change" event. Hopefully they fixed that in 2007.
