Take only specific number of rows

Hi,

I want to calculate beta values with probably *slope* function. Yet, I want to do this over many various periods and therefore selecting it manually would take ages. Is there a formula, macro that would lets say take 182 (6M), 365 (1Y) rows and add it to =slope(xxxxx:xxxxx) ?
