Webbrowser under excel causing print dialog on click

    Hi All,

I am having a problem with a Webbrowser control running on an Excel worksheet. The control navigates to the required pages OK, but if I click any button or other control on the browser page, the print dialog window pops up, wanting to print the worksheet. As far as I can tell, there are no click() subs or macros for the page. I have tried recreating the webbrowser control on a new workbook, and it does exactly the same thing. Can anyone tell me what I am missing?

    Thanks,
    David.

Am having the exact same prob - with Office2007, IE8, on XP machine.
Clicking any control on the site in my embedded webbrowser pops up the print dialog. Sometimes twice.
Workaround is clunky at best, and only works because I don't need to print:

I can't believe yours is the only other reference to it I've seen.
Have you found any satisfactory resolution?

I have this same issue. Very annoying.

Thanks for the tip on using the Workbook BeforePrint event. I modified it a bit so that it only kicks in when fired from the sheet in my workbook that contains the webbrowser. That way I can still print from other sheets.

    Works well.
