    Input table -> Output table

    Hello,
    I asked for help last time and you guys were super helpful

    I have trouble with excel again and the solution seems very simple yet I can't figure it out. I tried to use arrays and all kinds of stuff from the excel help file but to no avail.

    It would take forever to describe the problem so I just made a sample Excel file.
    If anyone has any ideas, please feel free to share.

    I have excel 2003 and the file is attached.

    Thanks a lot
