    Smile Diagonal Matrix Fill

I hope I am obeying the ethics. I had an instant response to filling blank cells in an array. Thanks
Next problem - I have an array (say 20x 25) and want to paste column data, firstly in top left cell, then next column (same data) but down one row until the arrary is complete ie final column. Typically the data to paste is up to 6 to 8 rows.

Fine on the ethics, but I don't understand your question -- an example would help.

And where are you pasting the data from?

    Re: Diagonal Matrix Fill

I want to paste the data from A6:A8 into the matrix (7x5) at C5 with the offset of one row down per column and finish withhin the matrix array as illustrated. I already have a solution to the fill with zeros
    Thanks

Should have added, for 2nd Matrix you can avoid using TRANSPOSE Array and again use INDEX which will be quicker... eg:

Is that what you were looking for ?
