Adding up numbers based on number in separate column

What I have is two columns. The first can contain any integer between 11 and 88. The second column has any positive integer value. What I want is a way of for each of the numbers in first column having a sum for the corresponding numbers in the second column. Attached is a spreadsheet which will hopefully make things clearer. I would like to do this if possible without using an array function or macros.
