Excel 2007 : Sum and percent in differrent worksheet and file

pls see files attached here.

the target is to sum two cells between two worksheets and two files in differrent row.

similarly to formular for percent column

ref.: =if(a3+vlookup())....

but it is not ok for some column. pls correct them for me
