Look up numbers in spreadsheet from 60 days ago

Does anyone know how to look up numbers from a spreadsheet from 60 days or 90 days ago?? I am not too sure this can be done. For example, I want to be able to see where the spreadsheet was at 60 day prior. Any help would be appreciated.

=TODAY()-60 will give you the date 60 days ago

The precise answer would depend on how your worksheet is structured, but you could probably use either a VLOOKUP or an INDEX/MATCH formula.

Attached is a simple VLOOKUP example.
Post a sample workbook if that solution is not what you need.

I actually need to create a rolling forecast. For example, I want to show revenue from today but also where it was 60 days ago too. Basically a snapshot of where we have been.

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!
