Excellent analytics plug-in

Hello

I have a problem with this plugin on my work computer. It installs fine, but when i open excel (2007) it doesn't show. When i go to excel plug-ins it says it is inactive, and when i goes to my com plug-ins and check it, it says "not started. there was a runtime error when loading this plug-in".

I've installed it with no problems on my home computer, maybe there is som policy settings but i can't figure it out.
