I have a calculation of times that results in 02:00.
I want to change this so the value it returns is 2 rather than 02:00.
If i simply change the format to "number" it returns with 0.8.
how can i change the format so it results in 2?
Thanks.

Multiply by 24 ... Time is Decimal so Noon = 0.5 (1/2 a day) ... * 24 to get hours in integer form (format cell as General or Number ie not Time).
(if you want to keep as time value but show only two then use a Custom Format of: h)
