Conditional Formatting based on several cell values

    Hi,

Can someone please advise on the following conditional formatting for a shift based spreadsheet:

I have a cell that calculate a range based on countifs, this is say B1 (will contain the formatting). Above this on A1 is the shift. Written as "7/5" ,"2/12" or "4/2".

I would like the condition to be that if the shift in A1 is "2/12" or "4/2" then B1 should be 2 or greater (become green for example) else if A1 is 7/5 B1 needs to be 1 or greater (become amber). Finally if the figure in B1 is 0 then (Turn red).

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

Re: Conditional Formatting based on several cell values

I have tried to explain it in more detail with an example book. Please find it attached. The 3 conditions I need are something similar to:

So formatting - If Shift = 7/5 and Numbers =>1 then green. OR If Shift = 2/12 or 4/2 and number is >1 then green OR if shift = RD then green

    If Shift = 7/5, 2/12 or 4/2 AND Number = 0 Then RED

If Shift = 2/12 or 4/2 and Numbers = 1 then go Amber

The example makes a little more sense I hope!

    Thank you in advance.
