Football Chart Needed for automatic copying?.

Football Chart Needed PLEASE HELP.

I run a football game where i score points for each football team ,ie

Arsenal 4
Aberdeen 2
Millwall 3
chelsea 3
man utd 3
liverpool 0

I have a list of all 90 football teams, next to each team i enter there points(as above) for that week like a fantasy football game

My Main problem is as follows.

I have aprox 20 players playing each week, i want to be able to enter each players teams under there name ie arsenal, millwall, aberdeen, liverpool, man utd,chelsea.
And when i put the points in next to my list of 90 teams,i would like each teams points copied and automatically entered next to the players selected teams that i have typed in.
so each week i would type in joe blogs 6 teams for that week and need a program that recognises the team i type in and there points automatically come up next to them and grand total of 6 teams points(see examples below)

I want to save time by not entering each persons points as sometimes 13 people may choose arsenal
So need program to enter all 13 etc in 1 go

so if joe bloggs chooses
arsenal
millwall
aberdeen
liverpool
man utd
chelsea

I would like it to look like-
arsenal 4
millwall 3
aberdeen 2
liverpool 0
man utd 3
chelsea 3
TOTAL 15 (-once points have been added to my list of 90 teams)

AND Tony may choose
Arsenal 4
West ham 2
gillingham 3
man utd 3
Everton 4
Man City 1
Total 17
so need his points added same way
