Time Series Graph to Movie Clip

Hi. I have some time series data that I'd like to turn into a movie clip. I've tried using powerpoint with screen capture to animate it, but that sucks up too much memory (1.7gb) so it'll lock up before going through the full data set. The thought I was having was to build a macro that'll automatically iterate each datapoint (~1000) adding it to the graph and exporting the graph as an image, but excel doesn't let me export as an image, nor do I know how to get it to iterate. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

the chart has an export method you can use via code.

You could use a dynamic range to reveal the series point at a time.
There are many dynamic range and scrolling chart examples on the forum.
