The requirement is that if any of the below mentioned 4 values are selected in the column named 'Budget Type' in any of the coulms G,I,K,M than only column A to E should be mandatory with a message box "Partner deatils are mandatory." else not. Also if mandatory it should not allow to save the sheet unless these details are provided in. Values are:
1. Partner Client Paying Us
2. We paying Partner Client
3. Partner Client Contribution
4. Partner Soft Contribution
