Fill in Cells with 1 Same Filled Colour Instead of Cells Filled Separately

    Good Day guys,

What I need to learn is very simple. In the attached spreadsheet, I'm

trying to apply a fill-in colour shade to the selected cells 'together'

but after I selected the cells and moved to format and put in a fill,

the computer seems to be recognizing that I want to apply this fill

in every row. I just want it to look like the graph in the right. How to

I do it? Thanks a million guys.

    Hi,

Welcome to the forum, if you just format B20 with the formatting you want and leave the other cells have no formatting, then you just need to select the range B20:H40 and then click the Home > Alignment > Merge & Centre
