Macro to search sheet 1 and copy paste to chosen cell in another sheet

hello again guys,
how can i create a macro that,
when i choose a cell in any worksheet and start a macro (with a button)
it offers me an input/search box, i input a name, it searches column A on sheet 1 (called ops) then when i find the name i want it copies and pastes the row to the chosen cell. also what if i want to choose more than 1 name at a time, can this be done too?
