Correlation and scatter graphs

Hi,

I have a problem. I have 2 metrics, A and B and need to see the correlation between the 2.

Problem is that the value of A and B only go up to 10 and I have 10,000 different results. I need to see the correlation and calculate r squared.

When plotted on a scatter graph each point is given a value of 1 but as there are so many possibilities they obviously need to be weighted because every possibly combination is covered at least once.

Is there a way of calculating the r squared and correlation based on the weighted points in the scatter graph. Hope this makes sense, please say if i need to be clearer.
