    Hello all,

    I got a schedule, something like the one below. on another place on the sheet I'd like to collect the data next to the date from the list, that is given in F3

    Any suggestions?

    A quick route would be to use either of

    a) advanced auto filter

    b) Pivot Table

    Failing that, assuming each entry in D is unique then you could possibly use formulae such that

    and then

    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    but as stated either option a or b would be preferable.
