I would like to seek some advice and help.
Currently, I have a table in which I have to key in the attendance of our employee trainings. Basically there are too many repetitions.
Example:
Course Title: Excel Basic
Date To: 20-Oct-09
Date From: 25-Oct-09
Participants:
Pax1
Pax2
Pax3
If I use the normal data entry, I have to cut and paste those Course Title and Dates for Pax 2 and Pax 3.
Is there a more effecient way. I know I can do this in Access but my boss would like me to try in Excel first.
I just want to have a provision of inputting the course title and dates and then select the participants from a drop down list.
