    Pivot Count Query

    Hi,

How can I get the count function to tell me how many A entries there are in the attached tables? I can see how to change field properties but I am unsure which cells I need to highlight to select this.

Ideally I would like the table to automatically count up and display 7 in cell B15

    Thanks

    Re: Pivot Count Query

    Hi,

In Tab 'Sheet 1', I am looking for the table subtotal (in cell b15 showing '10') to show a count of 8 individual entries.

At the moment it is adding up all of the number in column B and showing 10, but I only want to know how man entries there are - ie, how many of names in column A are As.

    Thanks
