Is there an easy way to change my lists format

Hi I currently have a list in the format

Box Number Year First Number in Box Last number in Box
    1 2002 1 35
    2 2002 36 123
    3 2002 124 145

    and so on

Is there an ease way to convert this to a single list that looks like

    Box Number Year File Number
    1 2002 1
    1 2002 2
    1 2002 3
    ........... and on till
    2 2002 36
    .......
    3 2002 124

Please see example but note I am working with 1000's of entries

I have been trying to run it down and fill in the gaps manually but this seems very inefficient

    Thank you

    Darryl

If you can change the layout of your data slightly then you can use VLOOKUP

    See attached for example
