Counting Nonblank cells then listing the data!

Basically I've got around 10 columns of data with around 8000+ rows

Some columns have blank data but theres time when a row has 3/4 columns with data, i'm trying to have something which list's each column thats some data within and list the header of the column e.g.

    ----------Dave---------Bob---------Jim---------John
    ------------1------------------------------2--------------
    -----------------------------2-------------3-------------4

Basically if i was to do the formula to the left cell of the 1 below 'Dave', i would want the the text to bring back 'Dave & Jim', and the row below to return 'Bob, Jim & John'

    Is this possible??

Well, if we assume your names are in B1 to K1 (10 columns) you could use something as basic as

but without knowing more - re: content of headers it's hard to be sure we're offering anything near the best approach.

Some may suggest UDF - I'd argue that in this case the volume of values to be concatenated (ie max 10) doesn't really necessitate it.
