Autofit a row of merged cells that have wrapped text.

Is it possible to autofit a row of merged cells that have wrapped text.

It seems to work when I have a cell that is not merged in a row with another, but when I merge two cells it will not autofit the wrapped text.

    Thanks for any help.

There is no way except by using VBA, and that is messy. It's one of many reasons not to merge cells.

Thanks, I couldn't find a way of doing it. Guess there is no real way of doing it.

We need to have cells merged as you can see in the attached example.

Put your Shift- and variance report in different sheets.

Follow shg's advice. I've seen so many people run into problems by merging.
