Extracting data from multiple sheets, help needed

All experts there please look into the attached file and post comments or suggestion, I think there are many improvement possibilities. I am new to Excel and just tried to create a Dashboard kind of display that extracts data from other sheets. Thanks

As a general piece of advice... if you want people to look at something don't upload a file which contains countless hidden & protected sheets etc - people will quickly lose interest.

Thanks for the valuable suggestion, I realize importance. Please if you can suggest what is the best way to upload a file, unhide and unprotect all sheets will do or is there any other alternative to upload such files. Thanks again
