I have a report that has...

and so on till I get to 132 but being that I have to repeat the same number 4 times it's not letting me drag the sequence.
Is there an easier way then manually entering this?

Try using formula:
=MOD(INT((ROW(A1)-1)/4),1000)+1
copied down as far as you need.
You can then copy the column and Paste Special|Values over itself to get rid of the formula
Then format column as Custom: 000
Where there is a will there are many ways.

This is working but I have to have two zeros before each number and the formula isn't letting me.
